Ramtex — one distribution workflow, three field roles

Built the Laravel API, React operations dashboard and one role-aware Flutter app for customers, field sales and drivers, then handled deployment and release.

  1. Problem Orders, field visits, deliveries, stock and finance needed to live in one connected operating system.
  2. Risk Role leakage, stale field data or a broken stock/financial transition could damage daily operations.
  3. Build A Laravel API, React operations dashboard and one role-aware Flutter app for customer, sales and driver journeys.
  4. Release Deployed as a client system with a public iOS listing. The listing proves availability; it does not expose private operational data.

Live Independent client work

Malam Events — one booking state across client and operations

Built the iOS client experience and the web operations dashboard for a Saudi photography marketplace, including booking stages, chat, contracts and bilingual RTL flows.

  1. Problem Clients needed a simple way to discover and book photographers while operations needed control over approvals, contracts and payments.
  2. Risk A booking could show different states to the client and the operations team, especially across Arabic/English flows and notifications.
  3. Build A Flutter iOS app and web operations dashboard sharing a clear request → approval → in-progress → completed lifecycle.
  4. Release The client app has a public App Store listing; the operations dashboard remains private by design.

QA engagement TAKADOM AL-IRAQ (TTech)

Naftcom — testing a public-service flow as a system

Owned the full test scope for citizen-facing fuel-distribution flows across web, mobile and APIs. This is QA ownership, not a claim of product-code ownership.

  1. Problem Citizen and station journeys crossed multiple surfaces and APIs, so a happy-path screen check was not enough.
  2. Risk A regression in identity, allocation or station processing could block a real service journey, not just a cosmetic feature.
  3. Build End-to-end ownership of the test scope, including Kotlin/Selenium automation and API/regression coverage around the connected citizen and station workflows.
  4. Release Delivered as the end-to-end QA owner for the assigned scope. The private automation repository proves test work; it does not imply ownership of the client product.

Beta Independent product

PostSync Pro — turning QA repetition into a product

I'm building PostSync Pro, an open-source desktop tool in beta for API testing and QA automation. It imports Postman and OpenAPI definitions, maps coverage, and runs fuzz tests, mock servers and chained workflows.

  1. Problem API definitions drift between Postman and OpenAPI while edge-case coverage still takes repetitive manual work.
  2. Risk Generating many tests can create noise, unsafe requests or false confidence if imports, environments and coverage are not controlled.
  3. Build A Kotlin/Compose Desktop toolkit for spec import and merge, coverage mapping, fuzz tests, mock servers and test chains.
  4. Release Published as open source in beta. The repository proves the implementation; beta does not claim production adoption.
